Lactose free recipies

Mmmmmm cakes! I am addicted to sugar- if I had my way I would live off pies, cakes and biscuits. This obsession led me to the joy of baking. I also love the comfort factor of cooking- taking a pie out of the oven really does make you feel better about life. I am lactose intolerant so I use some special Lactofree dairy products in my cooking- if you aren’t just substitute these with your regular ones as there is no difference (except the lactose). If you or someone in your life is also lactose intolerant then hopefully my recipes and this information will prove handy.
